Apple Rice Pudding

The apple rice pudding is a baked pudding made with apples, raisin and rice. A fruited rice pudding, this dessert is spiced with cinnamon and very delicious. Served with a dollop of whipped cream, this fruited apple and rice pudding is best served warm and fresh.
Ingredients
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Apples 3 Large
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
2.Also wash the rice and drain it
MAKING
3.In a boiler, boil the rice in salted water until tender.
4.Drain.
5.Beat egg yolks, add sugar, raisins, cinnamon and salt.
6.Pare and dice apples.
7.Combine rice, eggs and apples.
8.Add melted butter; mix thoroughly.
9.Beat egg whites stiff but not dry.
10.Fold into rice mixture.
11.Pour into greased baking dish and bake in moderate oven for 40 minutes, or until apples are tender.
SERVING
12.Serve with vanilla ice cream
