|Fresh corn cut from cob||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
Combine corn, flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl, stirring well.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; add to corn mixture.
Pour corn mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour, stirring twice during first 30 minutes.
