Corn Pudding

Ingredients
  Fresh corn cut from cob 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Combine corn, flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl, stirring well.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; add to corn mixture.
Pour corn mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour, stirring twice during first 30 minutes.

Sandra, I went online this morning and typed in "VooDoo Corn Pudding" and this is the receipe. Hope it tastes as good as you described yesterday. "I just want a VAT of it so I can just jump right in it" You are so funny. Looking forward to getting to know you better in Seattle !
