|Prunes||18 Large (Dessert Prunes)|
|Brandy||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Philadelphia cream cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Preserved ginger||2 Ounce|
Cream cheese until soft and add ginger.
Place a small quantity of cream cheese mixture in each prune.
