Mrs. Enid Small'S Brandied Prunes

Ingredients
  Prunes 18 Large (Dessert Prunes)
  Brandy 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Philadelphia cream cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Preserved ginger 2 Ounce
Directions

Cream cheese until soft and add ginger.
Combine.
Place a small quantity of cream cheese mixture in each prune.
