Golden Stuffed Prunes

|Flaked coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pineapple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed|
|Carrot||2 Tablespoon, grated|
Steam prunes; remove pits.
Combine coconut, pineapple and carrot with enough salad dressing to hold together.
Serve as a garnish.
