|Prunes||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Teaspoon, melted|
Cook prunes in water with sugar and juice of lemon slowly for 1/2 hour after it comes to boiling point.
Stir occasionally; cool.
Remove pits and add melted butter.
Note:Each of these fillings will fill 4 to 5 rolls.
