Prunes, cream cheese and jalapeno pepper blend to flavor this Tres Sabores. Best served as an appetizer, Tres Sabores is pretty easy to prepare and don’t require much preparation time. I love preparing this yummy Tres Sabores just for its luscious flavor.
  Cream cheese 12 Ounce
  Jalapeno pepper To Taste
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Pitted prunes 1 Pound

In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, jalapeno pepper and garlic, mix until well blended. (You can mix ingredients in a food processor or blender, with an electric mixer or by hand with a spoon.)
Flatten each prune slightly with the heel of your hand, a rolling pin or a sturdy spoon.
Spoon or pipe a scant teaspoon of cream cheese mixture onto each prune.
Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
