|Cream cheese||12 Ounce|
|Jalapeno pepper||To Taste|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Pitted prunes||1 Pound|
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, jalapeno pepper and garlic, mix until well blended. (You can mix ingredients in a food processor or blender, with an electric mixer or by hand with a spoon.)
Flatten each prune slightly with the heel of your hand, a rolling pin or a sturdy spoon.
Spoon or pipe a scant teaspoon of cream cheese mixture onto each prune.
Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
