|Stewed prunes||1⁄2 Pound|
|Ground almonds||1⁄4 Pound|
|Vanilla essence/1 tablespoon port wine||To Taste|
|Whipped cream||3 Tablespoon|
1 Carefully remove the flesh from the stones of the prunes.
2 Finely chop them
3 In a bowl, combine ground almonds and flavouring.
4 Stir in sufficient cream to moisten to a spreading consistency.
5 Use as required.
