Ingredients
  Stewed prunes 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground almonds 1⁄4 Pound
  Vanilla essence/1 tablespoon port wine To Taste
  Whipped cream 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1 Carefully remove the flesh from the stones of the prunes.
2 Finely chop them
3 In a bowl, combine ground almonds and flavouring.
4 Stir in sufficient cream to moisten to a spreading consistency.

SERVING
5 Use as required.
