Crockery Stewed Prunes

Ingredients
  Dried prunes 1 Pound (1 Package)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Thin lemon slices 2
Directions

In slow-cooking pot, combine prunes with water and lemon slices.
Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or until prunes are plump and tender.
Serve warm or cold.
Makes 6 to 8 servings
