Let It Four Prunes

Ingredients
  Part skim ricotta cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Ounce, finely chopped
  Semi sweet chocolate chips 1⁄4 Ounce (About 2 Teaspoons, Mini)
  Light cream cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Orange peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Pitted prunes 6 Medium
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small mixing bowl, put together all ingredients except prunes; mix well.
2. Press at the center of the prune and make an indent.
3. Fill the indents with equal quantities of cheese mixture.

SERVING
4. Serve immediately.
