Spicy Oranges N Prunes

Ingredients
  Whole cloves 12
  Canned mandarin orange sections 11 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dried prunes 8 Ounce (Unpitted)
Directions

Tie cloves in cheesecloth.
Drain oranges, reserving syrup.
In saucepan combine syrup, 1 1/2 cups water, prunes, and spice bag.
Bring to boiling; cover and simmer 25 minutes.
Add oranges.
Chill overnight.
Remove spice bag before serving.
