Oven Stewed Prunes

Ingredients
  Dried prunes 16 Medium
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , thinly sliced
  Cinnamon stick 1 (1 Small Piece)
Directions

Place all ingredients in 2-cup ovenproof dish; cover.
Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour or until prunes are very tender.
Remove cinnamon stick.
Divide evenly.
