Ingredients
  Prunes 2 Cup (32 tbs), stewed
  Unsweetened apple juice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Flavorings 1 Teaspoon (Vanilla Extract / Lemon Extract / Liqueur)
Directions

Use a food processor to puree all the ingredients.
Store the mixture in the refrigerator.
Use it as a fat substitute in cooking.
