|Pitted prunes||3 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Water/Fruit juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lecithin granules||2 Teaspoon|
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and process at high speed until the mixture is smooth.
2. Use immediately, or place in an airtight container and store for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
