Prune Puree

Ingredients
  Pitted prunes 3 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Water/Fruit juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lecithin granules 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and process at high speed until the mixture is smooth.
2. Use immediately, or place in an airtight container and store for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
