Ingredients
  Italian prunes 3 Pound
  Onion 1 Large
  Vinegar 1 Pint
  Ginger 1 Ounce
  Sugar 1 Pound
  Mixed spices 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Apples 1 Pound
  Pepper red 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Stone the prunes, pare and core the apples, and put all through the chopper.
Boil all to jam consistency.
