Artichoke With Prosciutto

Ingredients
  Frozen artichoke hearts 6
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Prosciutto slice 15
  Celery stick 4
  Chopped shallots 2
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped walnuts 3 1⁄2 Ounce
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Put the frozen artichoke hearts side by side, in a dish and sprinkle the lemon juice over.
Add salt and pepper.
Microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes.
Cut 3 slices of the prosciutto into thin strips.
Rinse the celery and cut into matchstick (julienne) strips.
Put the shallots and celery into a bowl with the butter and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Add the strips of Prosciutto and chopped walnuts.
Stir well.
Heat for 1 minute on HIGH.
Mix together the vinegar, mustard, oil and parsley.
Add pepper.
Put 1 artichoke heart on each plate and fill with the Pros ciutto and nut mixture.
Pour the vinaigrette sauce over.
Arrange 2 slices of Prosciutto on each plate
