Prosciutto And Honeydew Appetizer

Ingredients
  Honeydew wedges 2
  Prosciutto 2 Ounce
  Lemon wedges 2
Directions

Using sharp knife, cut fruit from rind, leaving wedge of fruit intact.
Leaving wedge on rind, cut pulp in half lengthwise, then crosswise into bite-size pieces.
Using decorative toothpicks secure a lemon wedge, rind down, crosswise across center of each melon wedge.
Tightly roll each slice of prosciutto; secure 2 rolls crosswise across each melon wedge, 1 on each side of lemon wedge.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
