Piselli Al Prosciutto (Green Peas And Ham)

Ingredients
  Chopped onions 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Green peas/2 (12-ounce) packages frozen peas 1 Pound
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Bouillon/Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute onion slowly in butter or margarine and oil until transparent but not brown.
Add ham and cook 3—4 minutes.
Add peas, bouillon, salt and pepper; cover, and cook 10—15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle parsley on top.
