Peas And Mushrooms Prosciutto

Ingredients
  Unsalted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Prosciutto/Country style ham 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Scallions/Green onions 3 , thinly sliced
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Packet)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a 1-quart saucepan, melt butter on medium heat.
2) Add in the prosciutto or ham along with the scallions.
3) Toss in the mushrooms too. Saute the mixture for about a minute.
4) Add in the thawed peas. Saute for about 4 minutes till the mixture is heated through completely.

SERVING
5) Serve the Peas And Mushrooms Prosciutto with a sprinkling of parsley, if desired.
