Prosciutto Stuffed Figs

Ingredients
  Prosciutto 1⁄4 Pound
  Ripe figs 12 (Green Or Black Figs Like Kadota, Adriatic, Mission)
  Thin prosciutto slices 1⁄4 Pound (24 Slices, 125 Grams)
  Ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rocket lettuce/Baby lettuce 3 Ounce (3 Cups Or 90 Grams)
Directions

MAKING
1.Use a sharp knife to slit the fig lenghtwise. Cut only 3/4 into the fruit.
2.Crumble the two slices of the cheese and fill the fig slits with them.
3.Stuff all the figs similarly.
4.Season with pepper.

SERVING
5. Take 6 serving plates.
6. Divide and arrange all the greens on them.
7.Place 2 figs on each of the plates.
8.Serve immediately.
