Prosciutto Ham on Melon
|Prosciutto ham||1⁄4 Pound, cut in thin slices|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Black olives||1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
1) Cut melon into 6 wedges, lengthwise.
2) Carefully remove seeds.
3) With a knife, cut melon pulp away from rind except at ends. Then, cut into diagonal slices from centre to one side, leaving the opposite side uncut.
4) Drape ham slices in and out of cuts in the melon.
5) Sprinkle the melon slices with lemon juice and serve with olives.
