Prosciutto And Sage
|Butter||1 Ounce (25 Grams)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), chopped|
|Prosciutto||3 Ounce, cut into strips (75 Grams)|
|Chopped fresh sage||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Ounce (15 Grams)|
1) Take a frying pan and heat oil in it. Stir in garlic, sage, and proscuitto and fry for 2-3 minutes.
2) Mix freshly ground pepper as per taste.
3) Pour over freshly cooked pasta and toss well. Garnish with cheese and serve immediately.
