Prosciutto And Sage

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Ounce (25 Grams)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Prosciutto 3 Ounce, cut into strips (75 Grams)
  Chopped fresh sage 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Grams)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a frying pan and heat oil in it. Stir in garlic, sage, and proscuitto and fry for 2-3 minutes.
2) Mix freshly ground pepper as per taste.

SERVING
3) Pour over freshly cooked pasta and toss well. Garnish with cheese and serve immediately.
