1. Cut the melon in half lengthways, scoop out the seeds and discard them.
2. Cut the melon into quarters and carefully pare off the rind. Cut each quarter into four slices.
3. Wrap each slice of melon in a slice of prosciutto and place on a serving dish. Alternatively, place the melon slices on the dish and cover with the slices of prosciutto, leaving the ends of the melon showing. Serve immediately.
