Prosciutto With Figs
|Thin prosciutto slices/Other raw smoked ham||12|
|Honeydew melon/Ogen melon||1 , seeded and cut into 4 wedges|
Divide the ham between 4 individual plates and top with the melon.
Cut the figs into sections, from the stem end nearly through to the base, taking care not to cut right through.
Peel back the skin and put 2 'flower' figs on either side of each melon wedge.
