Prosciutto With Figs

  Thin prosciutto slices/Other raw smoked ham 12
  Honeydew melon/Ogen melon 1 , seeded and cut into 4 wedges
  Ripe figs 8

Divide the ham between 4 individual plates and top with the melon.
Cut the figs into sections, from the stem end nearly through to the base, taking care not to cut right through.
Peel back the skin and put 2 'flower' figs on either side of each melon wedge.
Serve immediately.
