Pear Prosciutto Appetizers
|Canned pear halves||29 Ounce (1 can)|
|Dry sherry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Thin prosciutto slices||3|
Drain pears, reserving syrup.
Cut pear halves lengthwise in thirds (if pears are small, cut in half).
Put in bowl and add 1 cup pear syrup and sherry.
Marinate in refrigerator several hours, then drain pears and wrap in prosciutto slices.
Secure with toothpicks, chill and serve as appetizers.
