Pasta With Prosciutto Sauce

  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onions 2 Medium, sliced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce (1 Can)
  Prosciutto 1⁄4 Pound, cut into thin strips
  Dry red wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mostaccioli/Ziti 1 Pound (Uncooked)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon

Cook and stir beef, onions and garlic in 10-inch skillet until beef is light brown; drain.
Stir in tomatoes (with liquid) and remaining ingredients except pasta and cheese; break up tomatoes with fork.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Uncover and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 1 hour.
Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
