|Assorted fruits||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Such As Grapes, Cantaloupe Or Honeydew Melon, Strawberries, Peaches, Pears, Apples And Figs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Thinly sliced prosciutto||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Assorted cheeses||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Such As Swiss, Fontina And Provolone)|
|Lime wedges/Lemon wedges||8|
If necessary, peel fruits and cut into bite-size pieces.
To keep peach, pear, or apple pieces from turning brown, dip fruit into a mixture of lemon juice and water; drain on paper toweling.
Cut thinly sliced prosciutto into 1-inch-wide strips.
Cut cheese into cubes.
On wooden picks alternately thread desired combinations of fruit, prosciutto, and cheese, threading each strip of prosciutto accordion style.
If desired, arrange appetizers on a lettuce-lined plate.
