Asparagus Bundles With Prosciutto

Ingredients
  Asparagus 1 Pound (Medium Size)
  Prosciutto slices/Ham slices 4 Ounce (4 Thin, About 1 Ounce Each)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°. Cut 2 inches from stem ends of asparagus. Use a swivel-bladed vegetable peeler to scrap bottom half of asparagus stalks. Cook asparagus in a large saucepan of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, 3 to 4 minutes, depending on thickness. Drain in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Drain well.
2. Divide cooled asparagus into four bunches. Wrap each portion of asparagus with a piece of ham to make four bundles. Place in a 17 x 11-inch baking dish. Drizzle butter over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
3. Bake 6 to 8 minutes, or until Parmesan begins to turn a golden brown.
