Asparagus Tips With Prosciutto
|Prosciutto slices/Ham||8 (Long Thin Slices)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Grated parmesan cheese||3 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat oven to hot (400° F.).
2. Cook the asparagus in briskly boiling water until tender, about ten minutes. Drain well.
3. Wrap three asparagus tips in each slice of prosciutto and fasten with a toothpick. Place in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with half the butter and the cheese and bake five minutes. Remove from the oven and pour the remaining butter over the top.
