|Lemon rind||2 Teaspoon|
|Flour||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
Cream sugar and butter; add egg yolks, stirring well.
Add lemon rind and flour; mix thoroughly.
Pinch off dough; roll into small pieces.
Twist into pretzel shapes; place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 5 minutes.
Cool before removing from cookie sheet.
