Whole Wheat Pretzels
|Whole wheat bread||1⁄2 (1/2 recipe)|
1. Divide dough into 16 pieces. Roll each piece into 20-inch ropes and make into a pretzel shape.
2. Whisk egg white and water together until foamy. Brush onto pretzels. Sprinkle with a minimum of salt.
3. Bake on a nonstick baking sheet at 425Â° for 15 minutes.
