Here is How Jenkins' Rib Sandwich Looks Like

It's called a Rib Sandwich but you can't eat it like a sandwich? Actually when it comes to a Jenkins Rib Sandwich I don't really care what you call it - I call it YUM. I'm not a huge mustard based BBQ sauce fan but I would swim in theirs if I had the chance. I could eat it like soup. I've never once had a bad experience at Jenkins (and I go there often). Jenkins has a few locations around Jacksonville, FL and they only take cold hard cash.

Here's what Wikipedia had to say about a sandwich...

A sandwich is a food item typically consisting of one or two slices of leavened bread between which are laid one or more layers of meat, vegetable, cheese or jam. The bread can be used as is, or it can be covered in butter, oil, or other optional or traditionally provided condiments or sauces to enhance flavor and texture. Sandwiches may also be served as wraps, in which a single tortilla is substituted for the bread. Wraps and other recent sandwich forms have sparked a certain amount of controversy, and have even been the subject of a United States court ruling. The modern sandwich is named after the 4th Earl of Sandwich, although the exact circumstances of the invention of the sandwich are still the subject of debate.
