I love the spice seasonings for french fries. I live to oven bake my fries so a season them while baking them and they turn out just great! Can I use fresh minced garlic instead of garlic powder cause it is not easily available in stores here? I also use the seasonings that you get at pizza dinners!

Bake in a convection oven on a tray at 425-450 deg F. Soak in cold water first, dry the cut potatoes, then bake at 425-450 deg F in convection oven, turn once if using a tray. Healthy and awesome fries!

Secret to making fabulous crisp fries: soak cut French Fry cut potatoes in ice water overnight, deep fry for a few minutes 375 Deg F (190C), take out and dran, then when ready to serve fry at 375 deg F (190C) until golden, drain on absorbent paper, salt and enjoy. I love them dipped in Dijon mustard the French way.
