So what really is seasoning salt?

Seasoning salt is a mixture of salt, different types of spices, artificial flavours, dried or fresh herbs and some preservatives. The particular ingredients and exact measurement of the constituent elements vary from individual to individual. Many cooks prefer their own blends but the common ingredients found across almost all the seasoning salts are sugar, salt, garlic, onion, paprika and celery seeds.

The seasoning salt is widely popular for adding a unique flavour to snacks like burgers, popcorns, French fries, roasted pumpkin seeds etc.
