Lasagna has a rich and very soft texture, but do you get the same texture and taste when you reheat lasagna? Whenever we have leftover lasagna, one of our main worries is how to reheat it, so that we get the same taste – mainly because as lasagna cools down, the pasta starts tends to absorb the sauce and the cheese starts to slowly congeal. This is one of the main reasons why it becomes difficult to reheat lasagna. Here are some tips which shall help you to reheat lasagna and enjoy it as you would always have.

Reheat lasagna in oven

  • You need to set the temperature of your oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit.

  • You can press a fork on the lasagna and then repeat the process on the entire lasagna and ensure that the entire surface of the lasagna is covered with small holes.

  • When reheating lasagna in an oven you can pour some milk on the top part of the lasagna, so that it easily and very evenly fills in all those parts of the lasagna which has been injected with fork.

  • You should also add some milk if all holes in the lasagna are not covered well.

  • You should also wrap the lasagna pan very firm with the help of an aluminum foil. Ensure that the foil is not directly pressed on the lasagna or else the cheese shall melt and stick to the foil.

  • Once done you can put back the lasagna inside the oven and let it bake for 20 minutes. You can then peel the foil back, so that you can notice the foil getting golden and bubbly which is actually needed.Tips to heat lasagna in the oven
