Crispy Corn fritters are perfect for lazy Sunday mornings. Do you want to be successful every time you make corn fritters? Let me tell you that cooking corn fritters at home is an easy affair.  Here is a fun and very simple way to make corn fritters. How To Make Corn Fritters
Things required for making corn fritters:
1/2 cup creamed creamed corn
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Pinch of nutmeg
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
How to Make Corn Fritters
Step 1: Melt unsalted butter in skillet over medium heat.
Step 2: Mix the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Step 3: Drop batter into skillet by tablespoon and fry until browned.
Step 4: Turn the fritter over and continue cooking the other side until it is browned (about 2 minute each side).
Step 5: Drain on paper towels.
Step 6:  Place on plate with butter and maple syrup, if desired. Corn fritters can be served as a delicious side dish for any meal. Try it out with bacon. You will simply love it!
