There is chicken left after the last night’s party. You want neither to eat the same stuff for lunch nor to throw it away; what to do?

Stop vacillating like Hamlet, roll your sleeves up and try making something interesting out of it. Here are some tips to help you start.

Chicken soup:
Boil the some water in a skillet and add the left over chicken in it. Cook until the flesh is released from the bone. Switch off the gas and separate the bones and chicken parts by draining the stock into a bowl.

Heat some oil in a pan. Add cardamom and cinnamon sticks to it and pour the stock in it. Add some chopped beans and carrots to the stock. Add black salt and cook for 10 minutes, your soup is ready.

Chicken Noodles:

Boil the noodles and keep it aside. Heat some oil in a skillet and add the leftover chicken in it and stir it for some time. Then add the noodles to it.

Garnish it with coriander leaves, raw tomato pieces and onion rings.

Chicken sandwich (if the leftover chicken is boneless):

Heat the boneless leftover chicken and keep it aside. Chop cucumber, cilantro, onions and tomatoes and add these to the chicken then with a spatula mix it.

Take two pieces of brown bread. Add butter on one side of one of the bread slices and top it with the mix you prepared. Take another piece of bread and paint one side of it with cheese. Now cover the mix with the cheesed bread. Your sandwich is read.

If you want you can put it in a toaster as well.

The list is endless. Feeling bored, get into your kitchen and get creative. You will feel relaxed afterall cooking is a therapeutic exercise and don’t forget to come back and share some of your ideas with us.
