Garlic Prawn / Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients
  Extra virgin olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , juice extracted
  Lemon zest 1 Teaspoon (zest of 1 lemon)
  Fresh garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Pepper To Taste (about 12 grinds)
  Salt 3 Pinch (1-3)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Prawns 750 Gram, uncooked (250-750)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. For marinade, in a jug add olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, pepper, salt, and paprika. Whisk well.
2. In a baking dish, put the prawns and pour marinade on top. Stir to coat well. Cover and pop it in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes or a couple of hours for richer flavor.
3. Preheat oven to 200 degree C or 400-420 degree F.

MAKING
4. In skewers thread prawns as shown in the video.
5. Place skewers on the upper rack of oven and cook for 12-15 minutes. Check once after 10 minutes.

SERVING
6. Serve prawns hot with green salad.
