MAKING
1) In a wok, heat some sesame oil
2) Add the chopped ginger and garlic
3) Tip in the red chili and stir fry
4) Then add in the prawns, green beans and tomato paste and stir fry everything
5) Add in the soy sauce, cooking wine and the sweet chili sauce and the water to coat everything well
6) Toss to coat the prawns and take off the heat

SERVING
7) Serve the dish hot
