Tarbert Salad

Ingredients
  New potatoes 1 Pound, cooked, drained, salted (500 Gram)
  Prawns 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Mayonnaise 120 Milliliter (6 Tablespoons, 20 Milliliter Each)
  Tomato ketchup 40 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons, 20 Milliliter Each)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (As Required)
  Lettuce 1 (As Required)
  Cucumber 1 (As Required)
  Lemon 1⁄4 , juiced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
2) Dice the potatoes.
3) Add prawns and combine with the potatoes.
4) Add dressing to blend with the potato mixture.

SERVING
5) Line a plate with lettuce to pile the preparation. Garnish with parsley and cucumber, just before serving.
