Prawn Fry

Ingredients
  Prawns 1 Kilogram, cleaned and deveined
  Onions 3 Large, minced
  Coconut 1⁄4 , grated finely
  Garlic flakes 4 , sliced
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Chilli powder To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Coat the prawns with salt and turmeric and leave aside for 30 minutes.
2) Take a wok and heat oil. Add onions and fry until soft.
3) Add remaining ingredients to the wok. Close it with a lid.
4) Cook prawns until tender. Keep stirring.

SERVING
5) Serve hot prawn fry garnished with coriander leaves.
