Prawns-1 kilo large
Coconut-1 small piece
Thick tamarind pulp-4 tablespoons
Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
Garam masala-1 teaspoon
Ground cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
Chilli powder-to taste
Ghee - 6 tablespoons
1) First, clean and devein prawns. Then, slit them half way and leave aside.
2) Make a paste of all the remaining ingredients and fill into prawns.
3) In a shallow pan, heat ghee and fry prawns until golden brown.
4) Serve fried prawns with your favorite dip or as it is.
