Dry Prawn Ballchow

Ingredients
  Dried prawns 500 Gram
  Tamarind 100 Gram
  Bilimbi 250 Gram
  Sour limes 12
  Sweet oil 1⁄2 Quart (1/2 Bottle)
  Red chilies 8
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Green chilies 12
  Ginger piece 2 Inch
  Garlic flakes 18
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Grind in vinegar chillies, ginger, garlic and cumin seeds.
Cover the tamrind with lime juice and set aside for a few hours.
Mash to a pulp with your hands and pass through a sieve.
Heat oil to smoking, add the prawns and fry till red.
Put in the rest of the ingredients and cook till thick.
Cool and bottle.
