Prawn Ballchow

Ingredients
  Prawns 500 Gram, cleaned and washed in vinegar not water
  Red chilies 10
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Garlic flakes 12
  Peppercorns 10
  Onions 500 Gram
  Green chilies 5
  Tomatoes 10 Large, peeled and sliced
  Sweet oil 1⁄4 Liter (1/4 Large Bottle)
  Turmeric powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Grind onions, green chillies and ginger to a paste.
Grind separately garlic and all the dry spices to a paste.
Heat oil add onions and fry till brown.
Add garlic paste and fry till a nice aroma comes out of it.
Add prawns- and cook till dry.
Add tomatoes and salt and cook .stirring often till the prawns are tender.
Cool and store in airtight bottles.
