Prawns In Shells

Ingredients
  Prawns 10 Large
  King prawns 10
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
For grinding fine
  Coriander leaves 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Garlic 10 Gram
  Garlic flakes 4
  Jeera 1 Teaspoon
  Mint leaves 4
  Salt To Taste
  Ghee 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Green chilies 2
  Jaggery 1 Teaspoon (1 small piece)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Green chillies 2
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
Directions

Clean prawns and retain shells.
Make slight incision along back of each prawn.
Beat lightly with flat end of cleaver.
Fill and cover with ground masala and place inside shells.
Keep aside for two hours, sprinkled with salt, turmeric and chilli powders.
Heat ghee and oil to smoking point in a frying pan.
Lower flame and place prawns inside.
Cover and cook for a few minutes.
Uncover when nearly done.
Turn prawns over and dry out over a slow fire.
