Sauteed Prawns

Ingredients
  Prawns 20 , peeled and deveined
  Shoyu 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 , chopped
  Oil 2 Tablespoon (For Deep Frying)
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together shoyu, sugar, water and garlic for the marinade.
2) Marinate prawns for 1 hour or more in this marinade.
3) Scrape off the excess marinade and then fry quickly in hot oil, turning continually.

SERVING
4) Serve hot immediately.
