Sauteed Crystal Prawn Balls

Ingredients
  Prawns 1 Kilogram
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon
  Pure cornflour 1 Teaspoon
  Wine 1 Teaspoon
  Chinese wine 1 Teaspoon (Siew Hin)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Shed prawn shells and clean prawns.

MAKING
2) In a bowl add prawns and season with salt and pure cornflour.
3) In a frying pan heat cooking oil. Heat to boiling hot.
4) Place the prawns into it and cook for five minutes.
5) Remove prawns and place on a plate.
6) Take out oil and wash frying pan.
7) In a frying pan put little quantity of fresh oil.
8) Put the prawns back to frying pan and add Chinese "Siew Hin" wine. Fry for 2 minutes.
9) Arrange the prawns on plate.

SERVING
10) Garnish with shredded red chilli, onions and ginger.
