Spiced Prawns In Coconut

Ingredients
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), thinly sliced
  Coriander 2 Teaspoon, ground
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Coconut milk 7 Fluid Ounce (200 Milliliter)
  Tomato puree 2 Tablespoon
  Prawns 1 Pound, peeled cooked (500 Gram, Plus Little Extra With Shells For Garnishing)
  Pepper To Taste
  Lemon slices 4 (As Needed)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl, mix all the spices together.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste
3. Stir in the vinegar and mix to a paste.

MAKING
4. In a wok or a deep frying pan, heat oil.
5. Add onion and garlic and stir-fry gently until soft and golden brown.
6. Add the mixed spices.
7. Add the spice paste to the wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
8. Pour coconut milk and tomato puree.
9. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
10. Add prawns.
11. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated thoroughly and coated in the sauce.

SERVING
12. Serve in a warmed serving dish.
13. Garnish with whole prawns and lemon slices.
