Golden Fried Prawns In A Spicy Sauce

Ingredients
  Schezwan sauce 3 Tablespoon (Ching’S Secret)
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon (Ching’S Secret)
  Medium 8 Medium (7-8)
  Corn flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 3 Cup (48 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Chopped onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Spring onion 1 (For Garnishing)
Directions

Coat each piece of prawns with corn flour, deep fry till cooked and crispy and keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add onions and sauté for about ½ a minute. Add prawns, sauces, mix well and cook for further. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
