Chilli Prawn

Ingredients
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Sugar snap peas 6 Ounce (175 Grams)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Red chilies 2 , deseeded and chopped
  Cooked peeled prawns 12 Ounce (Large Sized, 350 Grams)
  Light soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon, toasted
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a frying pan, heat oil and stir in sugar snap peas. Cook for about 2 minutes and stir continuously to uniformly coat the peas in oil.
2) Now put prawns, garlic, and chilies and saute for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and pepper as per taste.

SERVING
3) Pour over freshly cooked pasta and toss. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
