Sweet And Sour Prawns

Ingredients
  Prawns 12 Large
  Oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and crushed
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Granulated sugar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Tomato ketchup 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Tomatoes 4 , sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wash and clean the prawns.
2)Take a browning dish and preheat on power for 4 minutes.

MAKING
3) Heat oil and stir in prawns for, cover and cook for 4 minutes on power, ensure to stir frequently.
4) Set the prawns aside and reserve the juices.
5) Reheat the browning dish on power for 1 minute and add crushed garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, sugar, ginger, salt, and pepper.
6) Cook on power for 1 minute.

SERVING
7) Serve the prawns with fresh tomatoes.
